By accessing or using Timbill, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Introduction
By using Timbill, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Timbill Communications ("Timbill", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of timbill.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered.Timbill reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. About Timbill
Timbill Communications operates as a digital marketplace offering two main product categories:(a) Travel eSIMs — mobile data plans for international travel, delivered as instant QR codes.
(b) Digital Subscriptions — access to streaming, productivity, security, and other digital services.We act as a reseller and authorized distributor. We are NOT the original creator of the underlying services (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, Kaspersky, Adobe, VMware), and product availability and features may vary based on the original provider's policies.
3. Definitions
- Account: Your registered user account with Timbill.
- Platform: The Timbill website (timbill.com), mobile site, or application.
- Services: All Timbill products, including digital subscriptions, eSIMs, and related offerings.
- Order: A purchase transaction completed on the platform.
- Digital Product: Any non-physical item delivered electronically, including activation keys, account credentials, and eSIM QR codes.
4. Eligibility & Account
To purchase from Timbill, you must:
- (a) Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
- (b) Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- (c) Maintain the security of your account credentials
- (d) Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region. Currencies supported: USD, CAD, SAR, AED.We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. Timbill does not store your full card details.Prices include applicable taxes where required. You are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by your local tax authority.By completing a purchase, you authorize Timbill to charge your selected payment method for the total amount at checkout.
6. Order Fulfillment & Delivery
Timbill products are digital and delivered electronically. Delivery methods include:
- Activation Key — License key emailed to you within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Email Activation — You provide your email at checkout; we bind the license to your account directly within business hours.
- Private Account — Full account credentials transferred to you. You may change the password.
- Instant QR Code — eSIM QR code delivered immediately via email and WhatsApp.
- Digital Code — Redemption code for use on the official platform.
Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to third-party provider issues.

Please see our separate Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In summary, refunds are available within the timeframes and conditions set out in that policy.
8. Subscription Services & Fair Use
For activation-key subscriptions:
- Each key is single-use. Keys cannot be returned or refunded once activated.
- Validity is from the date of first activation, not the date of purchase.
- Misuse, abusive content, account violations, or breaching the original provider's terms results in immediate termination without refund.
- Timbill does NOT guarantee the lifetime of the subscription beyond the purchased period if the original provider terminates the account for reasons outside our control.

10. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- (a) Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- (b) Resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchases without our written permission
- (c) Share, leak, or publish account credentials received via Timbill
- (d) Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized methods to access the platform
- (e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- (f) Use the platform to violate any third-party rights
- (g) Bypass regional restrictions, vendor terms, or platform security
- (h) Engage in fraudulent payment activity, including chargeback fraud
Violations may result in account termination, order cancellation without refund, and legal action.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Timbill platform — including logos, text, graphics, code, and design — is the property of Timbill Communications or its licensors. Third-party brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and used solely for product identification. See our Intellectual Property Policy for DMCA and infringement reporting.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Timbill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, outages, or delays beyond our control
- Actions or inactions of third-party service providers (Stripe, eSIM carriers, subscription providers)
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or content
- Reliance on information obtained from the platform
In no event shall Timbill's total liability to you exceed the total amount you have paid to Timbill in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timbill Communications, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
